OffsideFPL is an independent companion app for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) that adds social drinking-game rules on top of your FPL league data. OffsideFPL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Football Association Premier League Limited, the Fantasy Premier League, or any Premier League club. All FPL data displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available FPL APIs and remains the property of the Premier League. Your use of FPL itself is subject to the Premier League Terms of Use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OffsideFPL. The app features drinking-game mechanics and is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts are created via third-party OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, or X). We do not store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your OAuth provider. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

OffsideFPL is designed as a lighthearted social game. Participation in any drinking-related activity is entirely voluntary. We encourage all users to drink responsibly, know their limits, and never pressure others. OffsideFPL is not responsible for the behaviour of league members.
FPL data, the Premier League name, and related trademarks are the property of the Football Association Premier League Limited. The OffsideFPL name, logo, and original content are owned by OffsideFPL. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our branding without written permission.
OffsideFPL is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of FPL data displayed in the app. FPL scores, standings, and statistics are sourced from publicly available APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OffsideFPL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or personal injury related to drinking activities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
